These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the MyNeo AI mobile application (the “App”) provided by MyNeo AI. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the App. 

Prohibited Activities 
You may not use the MyNeo AI app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our services. You may not use the MyNeo AI app to transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful software. You may not use the MyNeo AI app to collect personal information from other users or to spam or harass other users. 

Intellectual Property 
The MyNeo AI app and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the developers of MyNeo AI and are protected by copyright and other laws. 

Premium Subscription 
The App offers a premium subscription service ("Premium Subscription"). By purchasing the Premium Subscription, you will have access to additional features and benefits as outlined in the App. The Premium Subscription is subject to the following terms: 

Premium Subscription Plans 
We offer weekly, monthly, and yearly Premium Subscription plans. The Premium Subscription will renew automatically according to the plan you have chosen unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. 

Premium Subscription Codes 
We may offer Premium Subscription codes to select users. These codes provide access to the Premium Subscription for a specified period of time. These codes may have their own terms and conditions, which will be provided to you when you redeem the code. 

Payment 

Payment for the Premium Subscription will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store. 

Refunds 

We do not offer refunds for the Premium Subscription. 

Disclaimer of Warranties 
We provide the MyNeo AI app on an "as is" basis and make no warranties or representations, either express or implied, about the app or its contents. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

Limitation of Liability 
We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the MyNeo AI app or its contents. 

Indemnification 
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the MyNeo AI app or your breach of these Terms. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developers of MyNeo AI are located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction. 

Changes to These Terms 
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. By continuing to use the MyNeo AI app after any changes to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
